Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen. So, if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, our policy is this:
For reservations between the months of May and October a Non-Refundable deposit of the total room, taxes and fees for the first nights stay is required. If reservation is canceled prior to 7 days from date of stay, the refund will be for the stay minus the first night. Any reservations canceled within 7 days from arrival there will be no refund.
For all other reservations first nights room, taxes and fees are due as a deposit. A full refund will be issued for reservations canceled 30 days in advance, 14 days or less 50%
